Read what will happen
When the main agent shows a proposed action, compare it with your original request. Check any employee or recipient name, date range, amount, document, and connected service. For a message, read the destination and text. For a task or request, check the assigned person and the record the agent intends to update. If something is unclear, ask the agent to explain or correct it in the conversation. Do not confirm a proposal because its overall goal sounds right while a detail is wrong. Worklayer uses different confirmation tools for different actions, so the exact control and information shown can vary.Respond to the prompt
Confirm an action only when the details match your intent. If you decline it, return to Chat and tell the agent what should change. A tool can also ask you to connect an account or provide permission before it can act. Follow the connection prompt, then return to the same conversation and review the proposed action again.Verify the result
Open the affected record or destination after the agent finishes. Check the request status, assigned task, document, or sent message rather than relying only on the chat summary. If a step did not finish, read the tool result and ask the agent to continue or correct the issue before repeating it.Saved specialised agents have separate run history and permissions. For one of their paused runs, use run history instead of returning to the main Chat.
