Settings > Integrations is for company connections that Worklayer agents can use. It is separate from Settings > Connected accounts, where each person grants access to their own Google or Microsoft email and calendar.

Find a company connection

An administrator opens Settings > Integrations. The Available tab lists providers you can connect; Active lists connected providers. The current company catalog includes Slack, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Linear, Notion, and Airtable. Open a provider and read its About tab before authorising it so you know what workspace and actions it will cover.

Connect and review permissions

Complete the provider’s connection flow with the intended company workspace or tenant. Return to the provider detail and open Tool permissions. The page separates Read-only tools from Write/delete tools. Check the granted tools and use Always allow or Block for actions your company wants to permit or prohibit. A provider can report that its permissions could not be verified; use Check permissions again after inspecting the connection instead of assuming the tools are ready. Some providers need another step after authorisation. For Google Chat and Microsoft Teams, install the Worklayer app in the conversations where people should use it. For Notion or Airtable, review the pages or bases granted during the provider’s consent flow. The individual provider guides explain those details.

Give an agent access

Open the saved agent’s Tools and Permissions and grant only the access its instructions require. Provider access and agent permissions are separate checks. A connected Slack workspace, for example, does not mean every agent may send messages. Company Settings > Agents can also Allow or Block capabilities. When the company no longer wants agents to use a provider, disconnect it from Active. Agents then lose that provider’s tools. Check affected agent runs and instructions after a connection changes.
