The Requests view brings decisions together, but each request type has different evidence. Review the record and its policy context before approving or rejecting it.
1

Open the full request

From Tasks, switch to Requests and select the item. Check its current status so you do not act on a request that has already changed.
2

Check what matters

For time off, inspect dates, balance, conflicts, and any required certificate. For attendance, read the work and break slots. For expenses, compare the claim with its receipt and policy warning.
3

Make the decision clear

Use the available approval action. If you reject an item, explain the correction needed. Employees can edit and resubmit a rejected expense; a rejected time off request needs a new request.

Follow up

Check the new status after your decision. If a time card is marked Not sent, ask the employee to correct and save it before expecting a review item.
