A personal Google connection lets Worklayer use your Gmail and Google Calendar for actions that need your own account. It is managed under Connected accounts, not the company Integrations page.

Connect Google

Open Settings > Connected accounts > Accounts and choose Google. Select Connect and complete the Google consent screen for the account you intend to use. Read the requested email and calendar access before accepting it. When you return to Worklayer, check that the account appears in the list and that its status is Connected.

Read the status

Limited access means only some requested access is available. Pending means the connection has not completed, and Needs attention means Worklayer cannot use it normally. Use Grant access or Reconnect when those actions are shown. If the provider consent screen was declined or the attempt expired, start the connection again from Worklayer. If you have several personal accounts, Make default chooses the account for new meetings. It does not move existing meetings or override a sender explicitly chosen elsewhere.

Remove access

Use Account actions > Disconnect when you no longer want Worklayer to use that account’s email and calendar. The dialog explains that Worklayer removes its access and revokes it at Google where possible. Signing in with Google still works after disconnecting this personal connection.
