Connected accounts shows the Google and Microsoft accounts you have granted to Worklayer for personal email and calendar actions. Use its status and account actions to repair access, choose a default, or disconnect.

Check what is connected

Open Settings > Connected accounts > Accounts. Each account shows its provider and status. Connected is ready; Limited access has only part of the requested grant; Pending has not completed the connection; and Needs attention needs a repair. Check which email and calendar access the account has before assuming an agent can use it.

Repair a grant

Use Grant access when the account is missing a requested permission, or Reconnect when the connection needs to be renewed. Complete the provider consent screen and return to Worklayer to recheck the status. A declined consent or expired attempt does not silently complete; start again from this page. If a provider account was disconnected, use Connect to add it again.

Choose a default account

For several accounts, open Account actions > Make default on the one you want to use for new meetings. The default does not alter existing meetings or explicitly configured senders. Check the Default label after saving.

Disconnect safely

Open Account actions > Disconnect and read the provider-specific confirmation. Worklayer removes its access to email and calendar and revokes it at the provider where possible. The same provider can still be used to sign in. Company integrations, including Microsoft Teams, are managed by an administrator in Settings > Integrations.
