A personal Microsoft connection gives Worklayer access to your Outlook email and calendar for actions that use your own account. It is separate from the company’s Microsoft Teams integration and its bot.

Connect Microsoft

Open Settings > Connected accounts > Accounts, choose Microsoft, and select Connect. Complete the Microsoft consent screen for the intended account. Return to Worklayer and check the connection status in the account list. Connected means the grant is ready. Limited access means some access is missing; Pending means the flow has not completed; Needs attention means the connection needs repair. Use Grant access or Reconnect when Worklayer offers one of those actions. If the provider declined the request or the connection attempt expired, begin again from Connected accounts.

Default and disconnect

Use Make default if this should be the account for new meetings. Existing meetings and explicitly configured senders keep their original account. You can change the default later without changing those existing records. To remove Worklayer’s email and calendar access, open Account actions > Disconnect and read the confirmation. Disconnecting does not disable signing in with Microsoft. It also does not replace or disconnect the company Teams integration; an administrator manages that separately in Settings > Integrations.
